our impact
healing is collective. and we’re proof of it.
the Collective may be young, but our roots run deep—and our impact is growing. in our first year, we laid the foundation for a care-centered ecosystem built by and for Black women and femmes.
here’s what we’ve done thus far:
collective care, in real time
$10,000+ raised to support therapy, rent relief, and mutual aid
30+ hours of free group counseling offered to Black women and femmes
direct cash assistance provided to help with food, bills, and everyday essentials
5451 subscribers receiving weekly resources through our newsletter, the Bulletin
8895 followers across all available channels—growing our digital village
90% of our community identifies as Black women and femmes, ages 21–45
research rooted in us
we’ve laid the groundwork for Foundations to Freedom—our first-ever community-led research project exploring how access to long-term support (like rent relief) regulates the nervous system, improves mental health outcomes, and promotes long-term stability.
strategic partnerships for lasting change
we’ve built an active relationship with NJ Reentry, ensuring formerly incarcerated Black women and femmes have access to culturally competent care and support.
we're deepening relationships with funders, brands, and organizers who believe in resourcing Black healing, not policing it.
and we’re just getting started
we’re not here to replicate broken systems—we’re here to build new ones. every dollar raised, every email sent, every conversation held is part of a much bigger vision: a future where Black women and femmes have the resources, relationships, and rest needed to thrive.
