WE'RE AWARDING 100 THERAPY SCHOLARSHIPS IN 2026.

program overview

the Well therapy fund was created to ensure Black women and femmes have equitable access to mental health care. providing 3–6 months of subsidized therapy support to Black women and femmes who may otherwise be locked out of care due to cost.

through trusted, culturally responsive providers, participants receive consistent, confidential therapy rooted in dignity, understanding, and respect for the fullness of Black life — our grief, our joy, our complexity, and our becoming.

by removing financial barriers, the Well creates space for our people to rest, regulate, and reimagine their lives with care at the center

because healing shouldn’t be reserved for those who can afford it.
