Board President
Michell Baker is a Senior HR Consultant and organizational strategist with 25+ years of nonprofit leadership experience. She provides executive coaching and HR advisement rooted in trauma-informed and equity-centered practices. Currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, her research explores emotional labor and trauma stewardship in human services. She is the Board President of the Black Healing Collective, aligning her expertise and values to advance collective liberation and wellness. A DC-based roller skater and reader of thrillers, she is passionate about joy, healing, and transformative leadership.

Program Officer
Shadeen Francis is a licensed sex therapist, educator, and speaker whose expertise spans the intersections of sexual wellness, emotional intelligence, and social justice. She has made expert appearances on platforms including ABC, NBC, and The New York Times, and collaborated with brands such as Playboy, Tinder, and Teen Vogue.
Her most recognized projects include co-hosting the Dear Shadeen series with actress Jameela Jamil, appearing on the Pursuit of Healthiness podcast with NBA All-Star Blake Griffin, and serving as co-founding expert of the emotional wellness app, Felt. Known for her signature blend of warmth, humor, and radical care, Shadeen is deeply committed to helping people lead lives rooted in peace and pleasure.

Regine Dorismond is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, mental health advocate, and co-founder of Be Morr LLC. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in providing therapy and wellness services tailored to the unique needs of first-generation women of color.
Her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping modern-day women experience emotional breakthroughs and heal from the inside out—bridging clinical expertise with culturally responsive care that affirms identity, resilience, and restoration.
